Company Description

Ultimately, Forward Rail will design, build and market high-speed steam passenger locomotives. Obviously to achieve such an ambitious goal requires an incremental approach by conducting multiple smaller projects and baby steps. The first project is to convert a small switcher locomotive to operate on a fuel efficient environmentally friendly Stirling hybrid engine as shown above The first phase of the first project requires reverse engineering a proven design which is the purpose of this crowdfunding campaign.
